We are looking for a Quality Inspector 1 to join our 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED team.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday (6am - 2:30pm)

- Physical
- Capable of lifting 40 lbs. safely or with assistance. Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodations. - Working Hours

- Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow direction and or work independently, able to multi-task and trouble shoot. - Punctuality and safe work habits.
- Be an example of safety and quality for other production employees.
- Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are met with all work done.
- Understand Quality / Safety Policy and Objectives.
- Ensure output meets required deadlines while executing above.
- Act as a liaison between Quality and Production departments. Ensure cross departmental communication is accurate and effective.
- Final inspection and packaging of parts prior to delivery to customer.
- Complete daily checklists on designated equipment and maintain records.
- Accurately maintain MES system as instructed.
- Arrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed.
- Assist in monthly inventory process.
- Maintain neat and clean work area.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to visually inspect parts with high attention to detail.
- Ability to differentiate between different parts and materials.
- Possess basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
