MIG/TIG Welder - 1st Shift
We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our team. This role involves performing custom welding tasks on mild, stainless, and aluminum steels using both MIG and TIG welding techniques. You will work with precision from fixtures, ensuring tight tolerances, and utilize various fabrication tools.
Responsibilities- Perform 50% MIG and 50% TIG welding on mild, stainless, and aluminum steels daily.
- Engage in all custom welding tasks with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Use micrometers, calipers, and tape measures to ensure precise measurements.
- Weld to tight tolerances down to 1/16th and thousandths of an inch.
- Conduct fabrication duties using band saws, plasma cutters, brake presses, and shears.
- Grind and finish welded products as required.
- 2-3+ years of experience in MIG/TIG welding on stainless, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience using fixtures for welding.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work with various fabrication tools such as band saws and plasma cutters.

WorkEnvironment
Work the 1st Shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional early starts. Expect to work 40 to 50 hours per week in a safe, climate-controlled environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
