The Second Shift Packaging Operator at Wisconsin Brewing Company plays an important role in the packaging operations, responsible for running equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with changeovers. This position demands a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

• Safely and efficiently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all packaging equipment.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
• Perform quality checks on packaged products, and accurately record results.
• Understand the fundamentals of the packaging process.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Remain flexible and willing to help with any task around the brewery.

• Previous factory or packaging experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn.
• Capacity to lift 50lbs consistently.

High school diploma or equivalent.
