Food Scientist Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate the process of developing new products.
- Work on process improvement projects.
- Conduct new ingredient testing.
- Conduct new equipment testing.
- Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday (Day Shift) - Conduct bioanalytical sample preparations.
- Document work and maintain study documentation and laboratory records.
- Communicate with project managers and lead scientists.
- Perform laboratory analysis on clinical specimens.
- Use established laboratory procedures within the assigned department/laboratory.
