Job Overview
As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark within participating stores. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when required.
Salary and Schedule Details- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.50 to $15.50 depending on skills and experience.
- Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.
- Hallmark part‑time employees may receive voluntary benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and additional coverage.
- Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the week.
- Average weekly hours are between 9‑12 hours per week.
- Availability on the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.
- Availability to support seasonal changeovers, installations, and inventory support is required.
This is a physically demanding job that requires high energy and urgency. Perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and fixture up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand throughout the day, and climb stairs or step ladders as required.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Capable of pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
