Ensure that Deli receiving accurately reflects the items and counts listed on vendor invoices
2. Ensure accurate billing and pricing
3. Check products to confirm quality, count, and condition
4. Enforce receiving procedures according to store policy o Orders and maintains inventory to ensure freshness, product quality and turnover to maximize sales and minimize out-of-stocks or overstocks. o Ensures that refrigerated cases and other displays are stocked and properly faced at all times in accordance with department standards. o Plans and displays merchandise in an attractive, neat and colorful manner.

o Ensures that perishable merchandise is rotated in accordance with department policies and product code dates. o Ensures that all signs and prices are maintained accurate and are correctly positioned over each respective product. o Handles damaged and spoiled products according to department procedures and assists in controlling the level of these goods. o Ensures Front End (POS) accuracy and integrity.
