As our Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist
, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive annual wage.

• Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
• Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
• Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service

• Licensed in Property & Casualty & Life in the State of Wisconsin
• Sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude
