Logistical Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of a Transportation Division / Internal Transportation Department/ Delivery Team;
• Management of the Interview process;
  Hiring; and supervision of Flat Bed Semi Drivers;
• Monitor the Schedule of Deliveries and Back Hauls to optimize efficiencies, from three (3) Transportation Hubs (Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Idaho);
• Involved in multiple scheduling meetings weekly – where priorities are identified and vetted;
• Enjoy a variety of work assignments, no two days are alike;
• Company uses green products and designs;

• Extensive knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations essential;
• Experience with Scheduling Database and Microsoft Office software;
• Vehicle Maintenance experience helpful;
• Great Customer Service & Organizational skills;
• Superior ability to Multi‑task, Excellent Communications skills;
• Knowledge of trucking / transportation / logistics essential;
• Knowledge of the construction business helpful;
