Founded in 2014 as a Wisconsin contract brewery, Octopi Brewing has spent over a decade brewing and packaging beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas for clients nationwide. In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility.
Our Warehouse Driver keeps raw materials, packaging, and finished product moving safely and on schedule between our facilities and DOT-compliant every mile of the way.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Class A CDL Warehouse Driver to safely and reliably transport goods between our facilities, keep our DOT documentation airtight, and support accurate inventory as product moves through our system. This role sits right at the intersection of the road and the warehouse floor.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GREAT
? Hands-on variety — you're driving, inspecting, documenting, and supporting warehouse operations, not sitting still all day

? Room to build real transportation and logistics skills, including DOT compliance and inventory systems
WHAT YOU'LL DO
? Safely and efficiently transport goods and materials between our facilities on schedule
? Maintain full DOT compliance — completing vehicle inspections, driver logs, and shipment documentation accurately and on time
? Support inventory accuracy by processing transfers through our Wave system
? Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, care for equipment, and report any issues promptly
? Collaborate with warehouse teams to support day-to-day operations beyond time on the road
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-haves:
? Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Able to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 160 lbs occasionally
? Comfortable twisting, turning, crouching, stooping, squatting, and climbing in and out of equipment repeatedly throughout the workday
? Willing and able to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
Nice-to-haves:
? Working knowledge of DOT regulations
? Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)

PAY & SCHEDULE
Base rate for this role is $27.50/hr this shift includes a shift differential on top of that base — never a lower starting rate, just added pay for the hours worked.

? Shift differential — $3.00/hr
? Total — $30.50/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:00am
Full-time, non-exempt
Compensation details: 27.5-30.5 Hourly Wage
