As a School-Based Outpatient Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to students while promoting emotional wellness, academic success, and healthy development. This position offers the opportunity to work directly where students spend most of their day, creating accessible and impactful mental health support.
What You'll Do- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services in a school-based outpatient setting.
- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Assist students in building coping skills, emotional regulation, and resiliency.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
- Participate in treatment planning, supervision, and professional development activities.

QualificationsAll employees must be able to provide FBI Clearance, Pennsylvania State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and Mandated Reporter Training certification prior to employment.
Required Qualifications- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental or behavioral health field.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent clinical licensure preferred.
- LSW, LAPC, pre-licensed, or license‑eligible clinicians are encouraged to apply.
- School-based or outpatient counseling experience is a plus.
