The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the first line of support for the People Soft Financials modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Billing, Budgeting, General Ledger, Lease Administration, Procurement to Payment, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Contract Management, and Travel/Expense). The role is a generalist triaging user issues, conducting testing, and documenting solutions. It reports to and assists the Director of Financials Module System and works closely with the Administrator, Financials System on various support functions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, as well as the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. The position must be able to analyze and solve problems, and have knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures to ensure module functionality is delivered and operates as expected.
Positions located in Versailles, KY are term‑contract roles, with expectancy of continuance based on performance.
Job Duties- Provide support functions for the People Soft Financials modules.
- Research, analyze, test, and troubleshoot issues, including pre‑implementation of new module functionality and post‑installation support.
- Prepare and maintain procedural and training documentation and archive user and administrator functionality to a centralized repository (team site).
Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Additional Skills RequestedRequires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, used daily. A working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Troubleshooting some software issues may require knowledge of file system concepts, client/server setup and use, and installing software.
