We are looking for a Retail Distribution and Salvage Operations Supervisor who will oversee the Retail Transportation System in Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia. The supervisor will assist Regional Directors and Store Managers with transportation and distribution of donated and purchased merchandise, ensuring timely pick‑up and delivery from various Goodwill locations. The role also entails leading staff and assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote and maintain safety.

• Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations and production goals.
• Inspect materials, stock, vehicles, equipment, and facilities to ensure safety and absence of defects.
• Assist with hiring, training, evaluation, coaching, and development of employees in logistics operations.
• Drive vehicles or operate machines and equipment to complete work assignments.
• Keep staff informed of all Goodwill initiatives, policy changes and updates and other general company information.

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in trucking/transportation route planning, supervision, materials movement, or a similar field.
• Supervisory experience highly preferred.

Travel required; some travel may be required.

$32,800 - $66,965 per year.
