Sika is looking for an experienced Operator to join our growing team in Versailles, Kentucky. At Sika, the Operator will operate production equipment in a safe manner to produce parts to specification.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure equipment is set up/ functioning properly and notify Supervisor of any issues immediately, including issues related to productivity, safety, or quality
- Work to a standardized process by following work instructions and procedures
- Follow the latest revisions of all documentation
- Only perform work that you are fully trained to perform
- Do not perform any job assignments that you feel jeopardize the quality of the product and notify Supervisor of any circumstance requiring clarification or questionable feelings
- Read, understand, and follow all quality bulletins posted
- Identify & quarantine all suspect material
- Fill out all documentation & notices fully
