Centerpoint Health – Versailles, formerly Bluegrass Community Hospital, is located in the heart of horse country. Our 25‑bed facility proudly serves Woodford and Anderson Counties in Central Kentucky. Licensed as a critical access hospital, we offer a broad range of inpatient, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services.

• Assists in assuring optimal patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Provides basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Monitors and records vital signs and reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assists nurses with procedures, including room setup and basic wound care under supervision.
• Transports patients and maintains clean, stocked, and organized patient care areas.
• Ensures patient safety, comfort, and dignity while following infection control protocols.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Nursing Assistant Certificate (SRNA/CNA) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Handle With Care certification required within 7 days of hire.
