• Build fast and accurate sandwiches and assist with delivery orders.
• Take orders over the phone and operate the cash register, handling cash transactions in line with cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning store and small wares.
• Support store operations, aid in product prep, and contribute to an overall excellent customer experience.
• Represent the brand with a smile, eye contact, and excellent customer service.

• Day‑time availability and ability to work high volume lunch shifts.
• Possess the strength to lift 15–40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts.
• Capable of standing, bending, reaching, scooping, and walking in a walk‑in refrigerator or freezer (temperatures 40°F to –10°F).
• Ability to operate food preparation machinery and maintain food, safety, and security guidelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
