• Customer Satisfaction:
  Provides prompt, excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner. Greets customers as they enter and thanks them as they leave. Offers assistance, suggestions or recommendations. Rings up sales accurately and handles payments (cash, checks, and other payment types).
• Multifunction Transactions:
  Operates fuel console, lottery machines, money order machine, telecom transactions, etc.
• Facility Condition:
  Maintains store cleanliness and equipment to company/brand standards; performs general housekeeping; reports safety or maintenance needs; notifies Store Manager of issues.
• Merchandising:
  Completes build-to orders, receives and verifies vendor deliveries, maintains stock levels, and places advertising and pricing signage inside or outside the facility.
• Sales and Financial Controls:
  Monitors cash, inventory and selling expenses; assists in shift audits and notifies the Store Manager of discrepancies; follows guidelines for breakage and spoilage.
• Security and Administrative:
  Reports incidents (injuries, theft, property damage, sanitation concerns) and unsafe/unethical conduct. Maintains shift/timekeeping records; attends job-related meetings and ensures regular onsite attendance; performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred. Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment (cash registers, scanners, beverage dispensers, etc.).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to communicate clearly.
• Basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and work in described conditions.

• Frequent exposure to cold or warm temperatures (walk-in cooler/freezer, outdoors).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead and up to 50 pounds from ground to waist.
• Must be able to push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds; reach overhead; bend, twist, kneel, stoop; operate a cash register or computer.
• Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift; work indoors most of the time with some outdoor tasks.

• Most work indoors (about 95%), with periodic outdoor tasks such as parking lot and pump area cleaning.
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and noise; working with minimal direction and periodic supervision.
