Our Fine Wine & Good Spirits (FW&GS) Store in North Versailles is looking for a Full-Time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk

Note: This is an itinerant position, requiring travel as needed.
This position is located out of store number #0295 in North Versailles but will travel to other stores in the designated district.
This position serves as a lead worker and guides a team of clerks on each shift. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with the FW&GS management team to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience. As a Sales Team Lead, you will perform the following duties:
- Shift Leadership: Provide guidance to lower-level clerks and participate in a variety of duties to help keep store operations steady
- Customer Support: Assist shoppers by answering questions, helping them locate products, and promptly resolving issues
- Store Upkeep: Help maintain store cleanliness, unload shipments restock merchandise, and keep displays organized
- Report Completion: Complete shift reports for accounting, inventory, and cash management
- Staff Training: Provide on-the-job training to other team members to ensure they understand and follow store procedures and policies

- Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration);
or - Six months of retail sales work.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
