Full‑Time Retail Sales – Immediate hire. First‑sale bonus and paid training. On behalf of our client, NRG, we are looking for retail sales associates with enthusiastic personalities to promote energy services.

• Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas, and help customers lower their energy costs.
• Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections, fostering professional relationships.
• Welcome customers, politely offer solutions, and collaborate with the team to accomplish goals.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly, and accurately document sales.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average earnings $800–$1,000 per week, with first‑sale bonus.
• Base pay + uncapped commission, with potential raise every 6 months.
