Title:

Mobilelink‑Bilingual Sales Advocate.

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the company and the Cricket brand with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless, acting as an extension of regular job responsibilities.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (must speak at least two languages).
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store location; flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking duties.
• Require standing for long periods to provide best customer service.
