As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the sales, installation, and repair of swimming pool and related equipment for both residential and commercial customers. You’ll serve as a trusted expert, interacting directly with customers to provide quality service, recommendations, and general guidance.
In this role, you will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are met while consistently delivering superior customer service and high-quality workmanship.
Compensation Range: $25.00- $27.00 /Hourly
Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professional and ethical conduct at all times
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test swimming pool, spa, fireplace, and other applicable equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Educate customers on proper equipment use, care, and maintenance
- Plan and manage daily service routes efficiently while responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Complete accurate service reports, invoices, and required documentation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company positively in the field
- Follow all company policies, including safe driving practices and workplace safety standards
- Track and complete required training hours
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Electrical license (01, 07, or 07B) preferred, if applicable
- Knowledge of water chemistry and pool chemicals
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Self‑motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
