We’re looking for our next Restoration Supervisor to support our field operations and keep projects running smoothly.

• You handle fast-paced situations well and can utilize company software with ease.
• You communicate clearly and can balance several tasks at once.

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

• Support Daily Operations:
  Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers:
  Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track:
  Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment:
  Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed:
  Participate in the on‑call rotation, including helping with local and out‑of‑town storm work when required.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
