Work Schedule
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule - 12-hour shifts: 6:15am-6:30p OR 6:15pm-6:30am.
Our schedule is designed to support work-life balance by providing:
- Every other weekend off
- Built-in three-day weekends
- Predictable rotation for easier planning
- Approximately 15 workdays per month

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing machinery (conveyors, robots, furnaces, presses, and handling systems).
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and adjustments.
- Use a CMMS system to document work orders and maintenance activities.
- Follow OSHA safety standards, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve reliability and performance.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas aligned with 5S practices.
- Support NSG's ISO
14001 environmental compliance programs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree OR 3–5 years of industrial maintenance technician experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude: gears, motors, drives, bearings, power transmission.
- Intermediate electrical knowledge: sensors, relays, controls, VFDs, motors.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Ability to perform logical, data-driven troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and CMMS software.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work on a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills
- Rockwell PLC-5 or Logix PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to read ladder logic for diagnostics.
- Experience with Fanuc or ABB robotics (fault recovery, basic programming).
- Advanced troubleshooting of automation equipment and multi-axis systems.
- Welding experience (MIG/ARC).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving equipment.
- Occasional work at heights or in confined spaces
