Position SummaryAs a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately received, processed, packed, and shipped in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Pick and pack customer orders
- Receive and verify incoming shipments
- Load and unload trailers
- Palletize and stretch-wrap skids
- Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and sit-down propane forklifts
- Roll, package, and handle laminate sheets
- Put away and retrieve hardware and inventory
- Operate RF scanners/barcode readers + read paper pick tickets as needed
- Count inventory for accuracy
- Stock incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pull customer orders accurately
- Package shipments for delivery
- Create shipping labels using warehouse software
- Work efficiently while standing for the duration of the shift
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience performing similar duties
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Package and count products accurately
- Operate mechanical laminate rolling equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Work effectively with teammates in the laminate department
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
- Safely lift up to 75 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Sit-down forklift experience (preferred, not required)
- RF scanner/barcode gun experience
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with warehouse shipping software
