Office Pride of Madison is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. In addition, this also includes answering all phone lines, taking memos, and maintaining files. This Administrative assistant will also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondences as well as carry out administrative duties such as on-boarding of new employees, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, maintain a filing system, ordering of office supplies, provide general support to visitors, handle multiple projects, handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, resolve administrative problems in a timely manner, ect;
Any other clerical duties set forth by the reporting manager.
