Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Vestavia Hills, AL for a Leasing Consultant at Gallery Residential. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for giving tours, assisting with leasing paperwork, maintaining relationships with residents, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications- Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Leasing or Property Management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with leasing software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred
