Senior Project Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Architecture to oversee architectural projects from concept and design through construction administration
. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and experience working with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.

• Manage projects through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
  .
• Develop practical and innovative architectural design solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  .
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and inspections.
• Mentor and review the work of junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, ADA requirements, and sustainability standards
  .

• 5+ years of professional architecture experience
  .
• B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
  .
• Strong knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
  .
• Strong understanding of building codes and zoning requirements
  .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior architectural staff.
