What You’ll Be Doing- Lead process reviews to uncover rate limitations and production inefficiencies
- Support Capex projects
, reviewing technical designs and start-up plans - Conduct deep-dive analyses using heat/mass balances and process data
- Act as technical partner to plant leadership on equipment, safety, and process challenges
- Demonstrated success in process roles within mineral, cement, or heavy industry
- Technical depth in pyro-processing and related systems
- Strong problem-solving and project leadership capability
- Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
