** Overview
* * We are seeking a
*** PMO Coordinator
*** to join our team in
** Vestavia Hills, AL.**##
** Your role
*** Provides coordination and administrative support to the PMO.
* Supports project managers and project controls staff with standard PMO deliverables.
* Coordinates project review meetings; tracks action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
* Documents project management and project controls processes, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.
* Supports continuous improvement by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in existing processes.
* Supports onboarding of new project team members to PMO tools, templates, and procedures.
* Helps enforce consistent use of standardized templates and systems across projects.
* Maintains project document repositories and ensures audit-ready records.
* Assists with responses to data requests and audits.##
** Your role
*** Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years of experience supporting EPC projects, PMOs, or project controls teams (electric transmission projects preferred).
* Experience documenting SOPs or workflows for PMOs or project controls teams.
* Familiarity with project management and project controls systems such as P6, Unifier, Aconex, Eco Sys, etc.
* Process-driven and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
* Understanding of construction project life cycles and controls.##
