High school diploma or GED; 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Skills in sales, client service, and banking operations are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Candidates must meet background and credit checks and comply with regulatory requirements such as the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act. The role demands strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform moderately complex tasks in a client-focused environment.
