Position Overview The Patient Care Coordinator manages front office operations, schedules appointments, assists patients with administrative needs, and helps ensure the clinic operates efficiently each day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and contributing to a patient-focused healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and assist walk-in patients when possible
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with insurance carriers
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the system
• Clean hearing aids and assist patients with basic hearing aid maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service to patients throughout their visit
• Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient re-engagement
• Build positive relationships with patients to support a high-quality patient experience Qualifications
• 1–2 years of customer service, medical office, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Pay Rate: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour
