Supply Chain Analyst OMS

The Supply Chain Analyst willbe responsible for reviewing and analyzingthecontinuousmovementof materials and other processes toassistin the efficient flow of supply chain operations.

The Analyst will work closely with Supply Chain, Sales,and Materials departments,along withmanagementacross the companytomeet customer service needsand production demands.

• Coordinate and organize order needs and requirements including:entering purchase ordersand order releases, filling out trucks, entering pricing, and other administrative functions as required.
• Partner with team members toidentifyand evaluate changing needs andmodifyorders as necessary(expediate orders, update pricing, etc.).
• Continuallyseekto drive the overall supply chainspenddown in the major categories of raw material and direct purchased components.
• Coordinate with each of the plants to support their individual supply chain and inventory performance goals.

• Bachelors or Associates degree in supply chain management, business, industrial distribution, or related field,preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Must speak conversational English.

• A bility to lift 20 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to bend, stand, climb,twistand stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform sedentaryworkincluding sitting for extended periods of time.
• Ability tooperatestandard office equipment.
• Havegoodvision of 20/30 with corrective lenses.
• Ability tomaintaincoordination of hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects with precision.
• Travel as needed toaccomplishdesired results. Overnight travel may berequiredoccasionally.

• Hazards:
  Variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, exposure to highheator exposure to chemicals.

  One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin – fumes, odors, dust, mist,gasesor poor ventilation.
• Oils: there is air and/or skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
