• Monitor the production process in the Control Room using DCS
• Conduct field checks and operations to ensure smooth production
• Follow established recipes, procedures, and MOCs for product manufacturing
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the work area
• Prepare finished goods for shipment and report on process outcomes

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility is strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Experience with chemical production processes
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
