UAB Medicine is seeking an RN for the 6 West Med Surg Post Surgical unit in Vestavia Hills, AL, for full-time night shifts (3 x 12-hour shifts, 7pm–7am) at UAB St Vincent's East. This 24-bed unit focuses on post-operative bariatric patients, mainly Gastric Bypass and Sleeve Gastrectomy, with a team-based approach to care.
Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, directing and educating staff, assessing patient care needs, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
