12-Hour Shifts | 7a–7p or 7p–7a

Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Cahaba River is looking for LPNs who want a weekend-only nursing schedule without giving up the opportunity to learn, grow, and use their clinical skills.

Work weekends. Keep Monday through Friday open.

Aspire Cahaba is a licensed nursing facility where more than 75% of our patients are here for rehabilitation.

You'll help care for patients recovering from hospitalization, surgery, illness, and injury while working closely with nurses, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team.

Whether you're an experienced LPN or still developing your confidence as a nurse, we believe in training people well and giving them the support to succeed.

• Provide skilled nursing care within your scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition
• Perform nursing procedures and treatments
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and other disciplines
• Supervise and support CNAs and Nursing Assistants
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Communicate with patients and families
• Promote patient safety, dignity, recovery, and independence

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Dependable and committed to scheduled weekend shifts
• Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus
