Director of Nursing — Correctional Health Leader

Naph Care, Inc. in Alabama seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services at the Staton Correctional Facility in Elmore.

You will oversee quality patient care, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance while promoting a positive work environment for nurses and support staff. The DON will guide CQI initiatives, coordinate with medical and mental health teams, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure policy adherence to ACA/NCCHC standards.
