Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians on construction sites.
- Coordinate and schedule project tasks to meet deadlines.
- Install commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC units.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC – HVAC/R experience.
- Correct certifications and other relevant licenses.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings or aptitude to learn this quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
