IT Administrative Coordinator (5446

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Administrative Coordinator to support our technology operations. In this role, you will manage administrative functions related to network, PC, and wireless equipment refresh cycles, while overseeing and approving IT equipment orders through our enterprise order management system. The ideal candidate combines strong administrative expertise with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Assist with Administrative functions related to Network, PC and WAP refresh.
• Technical approval of all wireless and Smartphone orders in an enterprise order management system.
• Monitor and approve all IT equipment orders in an enterprise order management system.
• Monitor and approve all computer refresh orders in an enterprise order management system.

• 5+ years of clerical/administrative experience
• 2+ years of experience with order processing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

• Experience supporting government contracts

The proposed salary for this position is:: $18 USD - $23 USD
