Member Services Representative

• Reports To: Club Manager
• FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

As a Member Services Representative, you will provide a high‑energy, member‑focused experience in a clean, judgment‑free environment. You will support new and current members, promote the Black Card benefits, assist at the welcome desk, and serve as a team leader who encourages members to achieve their fitness goals.

• Maintain a clean club environment.
• Identify and promote new and existing members for fitness classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
• Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
• Conduct fun, energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours and assist with member enrollment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating passion and enjoyment of the role.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and handle hazardous chemicals.
• On‑time dependability.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasional lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
