GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
  • A patient, calm, and understanding personality
  • Must be able to provide lessons to students

  • Must have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with students
  • Passionate about student learning and education in general
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalency

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities sufficient to perform the function of the position as outlined.
  • Presents a pre-planned program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students;
  • Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students;
  • Maintains a positive classroom management experience for all students
