International Paper is seeking an Area Manufacturing Excellence Leader for the Vicksburg Mill; this senior process engineer will lead improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will engage teams in safe practices and develop future leaders through mentoring.
This role requires a strong background in manufacturing management, a B.S. degree in Engineering or Business, and expertise in continuous improvement tools. The position offers a pathway to becoming IP Green Belt certified.
