Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel position in Vicksburg, MS, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and rotating weekends on day shift.

• Active MS or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Med/Surg unit (Floor
  4) in an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM with rotating weekends
• 13-week contract
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
