4) in a hospital setting Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM 13-week contract Requirements Active MS or Compact RN license required (no pending licenses) Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required All certifications must remain active through at least the first 30 days of the assignment Valid driver's license required for consideration US Social Security Number required (no Canadian SIN accepted) No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position RTO requests must be for less than one week in duration Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position American Traveler Job  P-731358.
