Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Entry Level RN CAP 2 to join the Outpatient Care team within the ESKD program. You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients, under supervision.
You will collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and technicians to deliver safe hemodialysis, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement. A current state RN license and CPR/BLS are required; nephrology experience is preferred for CAP advancement.
