Role Overview

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare in both clinical and virtual settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. The FNP must work efficiently in fast-paced environments, manage patient follow-ups, and contribute to continuous improvement of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in person and via telehealth, meeting patient volume goals.
  • Lead and guide clinic staff to deliver excellent patient service.
  • Perform assessments, develop diagnoses, and recommend treatments.
  • Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications responsibly.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Engage in team communication, training, and community outreach activities.
  • Maintain licensure, certifications, and adhere to clinical protocols.
  • Support a positive, respectful work environment and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and active licensure with DEA.
  • 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
  • Ability to treat all ages and obtain DOT certification within 120 days.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills.
  • Preferred experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or emergency settings.
