The FNP must work efficiently in fast-paced environments, manage patient follow-ups, and contribute to continuous improvement of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality care in person and via telehealth, meeting patient volume goals.
- Lead and guide clinic staff to deliver excellent patient service.
- Perform assessments, develop diagnoses, and recommend treatments.
- Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications responsibly.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Engage in team communication, training, and community outreach activities.
- Maintain licensure, certifications, and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Support a positive, respectful work environment and participate in ongoing training.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and active licensure with DEA.
- 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to treat all ages and obtain DOT certification within 120 days.
- Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills.
- Preferred experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or emergency settings.
