Travel Med Surg LPN
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends.
The Travel Medical-Surgical Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care is provided.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current LPN license.
- NIHSS certification.
- BLS certification.
- Permanent resident address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
