Travel Med Surg RN
This is a 13-week contract position.
DAYS (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with rotating weekends)
We are seeking a skilled Travel Med Surg RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout their stay. Strong candidates will have experience in med-surg nursing and be adept at managing various patient needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and assist with procedures as necessary
- Monitor patient progress and implement necessary interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding their health and treatment plans
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active RN license
- NIHSS certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience
- Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
