Job Summary

CDL A Drivers No Touch Freight Earning $80K/1st Yr Home Weekly (Full Time)

• Drivers starting pay of $.70 CPM on an average of 2200 miles per week for an average weekly pay of $1540/WK. All freight is no touch and 40% is drop and hook. $.13 of the $.70 is non‑taxed per diem.
• Drivers get home every week (not guaranteed weekends) and must be available to drive Sundays.
• Sign‑on bonus of $1650 paid out over the first six months of employment.
• Drivers will run 2023‑2027 Freightliner or International trucks. Trucks have forward‑facing campers; they are automatic and can be taken home.
• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance begin the first of the month after 60 days; 401K starts at 90 days. Drivers earn one‑week paid vacation after one year and two weeks after two years.
• Riders and small dogs available from day one. Rider must be 12+ and the dog 50 lbs. or less.
• Orientation is 2‑3 days, with the company covering transportation, hotel, and food and a $200/day orientation pay.

• Drivers must have either 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable experience in the last 24 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (both CMV and PMV). No more than one in the last 12 months in a CMV.
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months, including 15+, cell‑phone usage, careless/reckless, following too closely, or improper lane violations.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• May never have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test in your lifetime, regardless of SAP completion.
