Railcrew Xpress (RCX) is currently hiring Passenger Mini‑Van Drivers. The primary purpose of RCX is to provide safe, dependable, and reliable transportation to members of railroad crews.

Pay starts at $13.00 per hour. Job Types: Full‑Time and Part‑Time.

• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities with wide schedules available.

• Provide effective and timely transportation of client crew members.
• Operate assigned vehicles safely and maintain vehicle condition.

• Minimum age of 21.
• Current valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Less than two (2) moving violations within the last three (3) years.
• No careless, reckless, or failure‑to‑control violation in the last five (5) years.
• No DUI convictions in the previous seven (7) years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related convictions within the previous four (4) years.
• No auto theft conviction in the last seven (7) years.
• Must be cleared by eRailsafe or a background report. A felony conviction within the last seven (7) years, release from a penal institution within the last five (5) years, or crimes of concern may be disqualifying.
• Must have a valid passport or border‑crossing documents where required.
• Employees or applicants required to report on a sex‑offender registry will be reviewed for any disqualifying factors.

• Ability to understand, hear, and read instructions and signs in English.
• Must be able to read maps and/or other written instructions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Extended periods of sitting while driving.
• Ability to bend, stop, and stretch for vehicle inspection.
• Ability to enter/exit the vehicle safely.
• Ability to fit behind the wheel and properly wear seatbelt.
• Must submit and pass a DOT physical examination if required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Acts.
• Ability to hear instructions over phone/radio.
• Must submit to and receive a negative drug and/or alcohol test.
