Production Test Operator II

Responsibilities

• Fabricate wire harnesses from wire run lists, drawings, and operation sheets using harness boards.
• Perform production testing and support system integration activities.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules and efficiency goals.
• Follow all safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), calibration, material handling, and timekeeping procedures.
• Support assembly and manufacturing operations as business needs require.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns to ensure products meet customer requirements.

• Associate degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or test experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (clearances are granted only to U.S. citizens).

• Experience fabricating electronic or electromechanical equipment.
• Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production or acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with RF and Digital test equipment such as oscilloscopes, frequency counters, and analyzers, power supplies, and multimeters.
• Familiarity with underwater acoustic systems or testing environments.
• Ability to use mechanical hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and sense of ownership.
