New West Knife Works' mission is to make the finest knives in the world. Telling that story — accurately, relentlessly, everywhere — is its own kind of craft. The Brand & Marketing Coordinator is the execution engine behind it: turning strategy into finished work, content into campaigns, and raw footage from the factory floor into copy that does the knives justice.

This is a generalist's job for someone who moves fast, owns the follow-through, and genuinely believes in the brand they're building.

About you:

• Tech-savvy and genuinely curious — you're comfortable in Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana, and AI tools, and you figure the rest out as you go
• Creatively literate — you know the difference between "good enough" and "on-brand," and you write, shoot, and edit like it matters
• Organized in a way people can depend on — deadlines get met, nothing disappears into a black hole, and you bring solutions, not just problems
• No job is beneath you and no challenge is outside your lane — you'll jump in wherever the brand needs you

What you’ll do:

• Turn interviews, product specs, and raw content into finished work — web copy, product descriptions, blog posts, press releases, and point-of-purchase materials
• Run day-to-day social media and community engagement, and support influencer, affiliate, and local partnership programs
• Keep the marketing machine on track in Asana — managing deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional handoffs from brief to launch

Availability:

Full-time year-round. Primarily in-office at Victor production factory, with occasional remote flexibility.

• $26.50-$31/hr DOE
• Potential for up to $36/hr for a highly-qualified and motivated candidate with proven, directly relevant experience
